Healing Waters Resort and Spa provides a variety of lodging options, including rooms, suites, and park-model cabins. Suites feature kitchenettes with cook-tops, microwaves, refrigerators, dishes, utensils, and coffeemakers. Room 2, the Bunk House Suite, includes a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, a large living area, and a bathroom with a shower. Rooms 6 & 7 are 1-bedroom suites with queen-sized beds, living room areas with sofas, and kitchenettes with microwaves and mini-fridges. Cabins E, F, and G are deluxe park-model cabins with one bedroom with a queen bed, a hall nook with twin-sized bunk beds, a living room with a sofa, a full kitchen, and a combined dining and living area.
Pools Access & Policies
The hot springs pools are open to the public and accessible year-round from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Lodging guests and pass holders enjoy early access to the pools from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The facility includes a large outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub, and separate men's and women's indoor hot baths. The pool is closed every other Wednesday for cleaning. Youth 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult; there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests will be given one warning before being asked to leave without a refund.
On-Site Massage Services
Healing Waters Resort and Spa features on-site therapeutic and deep tissue massages by licensed therapists. Available massage services include Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Raindrop Technique, Reflexology, and Swedish massage. Each treatment is designed by the therapist for relaxation and stress reduction, and sessions are uniquely created to suit individual massage therapy needs. All treatments require at least a half-hour advance notice. Call the front desk at (970) 264-5910 to schedule a treatment.

Healing Waters Resort and Spa is located in Pagosa Springs, 90 km from Durango-La Plata County. Nearby landmarks include Pagosa Museum (0.5 km), Pagosa Springs History Museum (1 km), Silver Falls (0.3 km), and Reservoir Hill Park (0.5 km). Guests can enjoy boating and jet-skiing on Navajo Lake, 50 km of groomed Cross Country Ski Trails and Sleigh Rides. Stretching/exercise stations are scattered along the trails.
Passes and Extras
The resort offers frequency cards and annual passes. The Annual Pass provides 8am-10pm access to the hot springs facility and includes a Healing Waters Resort & Spa waffle robe for first-time sign-ups. A 10-Punch Pass is also available, expiring 6 months from the date of purchase and may be used by multiple people with the purchaser in attendance. Employment includes FREE hot springs admission for the employee and immediate family. Air conditioning units are placed seasonally for added comfort during warmer summer nights. Complimentary WiFi.
